Ohio High School Volleyball - Ashland over Northview
August 22, 2019: Sylvania, OH 43560 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Ashland Arrows (Ashland, OH) and the host Northview Wildcats (Sylvania, OH), saw Ashland's volleyball squad beat Northview by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Ashland upgrades its record to 3-1 on the year. The Arrows host Southview (Sylvania, OH) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 24. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Southview won 3-2 in their recent non-league game against Findlay (Findlay, OH)
The Wildcats (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Clay (Oregon, OH). The Eagles enter the non-league game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Clay gained a win over Norwalk (Norwalk, OH), 3-1, in a non-league game.

SYLVANIA - In a rematch of the 2018 District Semifinals, Ashland and Northview faced off for an out of conference match that will have big implications towards the end of the season. Today, Ashland was able to defeat Northview 3-0.
