The last preseason thing on a national scale is the Sophomore All-Americans.
All throughout August we will be releasing our all-state teams starting with California on Aug. 1.
Mater Dei and IMG Academy both have the most players featured with four each while California, Florida, Texas and Georgia claim 35 of the 60 selections.
First Team Offense
The
offers are already piling up and he still hasn't started a
varsity game. With 14 FBS offers, expect him to see the field a lot
more during his sophomore season. He throws a football as good as any
quarterback in the country.
The reigning Freshman of the Year threw for nearly 3,000 yards and 34 touchdowns in 2018.
One of the most explosive players regardless of class. Rushed for over 1,600 yards and 28 touchdowns.
Already has 24 FBS offers and could very well be the next big-time running back from the Lone Star State.
Eclipsed
1,500 yards and scored 22 touchdowns in 2018. Already has 16 FBS offers
that include Georgia, Florida, Florida State, Miami and Tennessee.
Alabama,
LSU, Texas, Texas A&M and Oklahoma are just some of the notable
schools that have offered the talented wide receiver from Texas.
With the departure of
Jermaine Burton to IMG Academy expect Turner-Gooden's role to expand even more during his sophomore season.
Even
though defensive end might be his position in college, White is a
big-time playmaker on offense on Friday nights. His 6-foot, 5-inch, 225-pound frame
makes him one of the most dangerous red zone threats in the nation.
Will be one of the best offensive lineman in California even as a sophomore.
Has
the same potential and talent as former Atascocita great Kenyon Green.
Some notable offers already include Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Texas and
Oklahoma.
Freshman
don't usually see the field at Aquinas, but Armella was too good not to
play him. He already has 21 offers and will be an impact player for a
national contender in 2019.
Started
as a freshman on the offensive line playing against the best
competition in New Jersey. While defensive end might be his calling at
the next level, he dominates wherever he lines up on the field.
The 6-7, 370-pound offensive tackle is one of the most imposing players in the country.
Made an impact as a freshman for the 6A state champs. Expect an even bigger role during his sophomore campaign.
The
defending 6A-I state champs have to replace its top rusher and expect
Horn to see a lot more carries in 2019. Being recruited as a defensive
back, he has offers from Oklahoma, Oregon, Oklahoma State,
Arkansas and Baylor.
First Team Defense
One of the best edge rushers in the state, he recorded 13 sacks as a freshman and expect an even
bigger season in 2019.
The
name suits the 6-4, 330-pound defensive tackle from Dallas. His tape
doesn't lie ... he is one of the most disruptive players in the country.
After
making an impact during his freshman season at Bergen Catholic (N.J.)
he transferred to IMG for his sophomore season. The
Ascenders are loaded but don't expect that to limit Booker's playing
time.
Showed
he can ball in the largest classification in Alabama. Had a monster
freshman season posting 74 tackles, 16 tackles for loss, six sacks and
forced three fumbles.
Made
a huge impact during his freshman season. Second on the team with
94 tackles and played a major role in leading them to first state
title in school history.
He
was born to play football. He started as an eighth-grader and led the
team in tackles and did the same during his freshman season. Already has
offers from Michigan, Nebraska, Boston College and a handful of other FBS programs.
Made an impact no
matter where he lined up. Had nearly 700
yards rushing and 10 touchdowns to go with 78 tackles, 18 tackles for
loss, five sacks, six interceptions and forced five fumbles.
One
of the most versatile players from the Class of 2022. Expect him to
line up everywhere during his sophomore season whether it is at
linebacker, safety or at wide receiver.
Mater Dei has produced some big-time defensive backs and Jackson has a chance to be the best of the bunch.
The
offers are piling up for one of the top defensive backs from New
Jersey. Michigan, Florida, Notre Dame, Nebraska, Virginia Tech, Texas
A&M and Penn State are just some of the notable schools.

DB — Bryce Anderson, West Brook (Beaumont, Texas)Saw
action during the playoffs as a freshman and will have a much bigger
role as a sophomore. Could end up being one of the best defensive backs
to ever come from the Lone Star State.
You
knew he was ready for the big lights when he helped lead Bainbridge to a
5A state title. Had a pick six and perfectly defending a fourth down
pass in the end zone that sealed a 47-41 triple overtime win.
One
of the best prospects from the Peach State in the Class of 2022. Has
the talent to be a big-time quarterback and shutdown cornerback and
expect Parkview to make some noise in 2019 with the talent they bring
back.
Second Team Offense
Showed
out during his freshman season throwing for nearly 2,500 yards and 29
touchdowns. The 6-5 gunslinger has offers from Virginia Tech, Indiana,
Purdue and Cincinnati.
Led the Mustangs to a 13-1 record during his freshman season throwing for over 2,900 yards and 40 touchdowns.
Rushed
for over 1,000 yards and 13 touchdowns during his freshman year at
Norco. Transferred to the Vegas power and expect him,
Ikaika Ragsdale and
Cam Barfield to be one of the most explosive backfields in the country.
It
is rare for freshman to see the field at the St. Louis power but he
was too good last year not to play. Lines up all over
the field and is one of the most versatile players in high school
football.
Transferred
to the Baltimore power after spending his first year at Marietta (Ga.).
Expect him to be one of the top playmakers at wide receiver for one of
the best teams in the country.
The talented receiver has already landed 10 offers and recently added ones from Texas and Oklahoma.
Balled out as a freshman with nearly 1,200 yards receiving and 13 touchdowns. Already has 20 FBS offers.
Played
a role in leading Milton to a 7A state title last season. Lined up all
over the field and already has eight offers.
Started as a freshman for one of the best teams in the country and played against the best competition in Southern California.
The
offers are coming in fast for one of the best prospects in Alabama.
Florida, Florida State, Arkansas, Mississippi State, Missouri, Kansas
and Southern Mississippi have already offered the 6-3, 315-pound
offensive tackle.
Has
the potential to be one of the best prospects to ever come from
Arkansas. Already has eight offers, including one from Alabama.
Already has offers from Alabama, Georgia and a handful of other programs. Has been playing varsity since eighth grade.
One of the most athletic and physical offensive lineman in the Class of 2022.
Penn
State, Florida and Virginia Tech are just some of the notable schools
to offer Talley so far. Recorded six sacks and forced five fumbles as a
freshman and expect an even bigger role in 2019.
Was an impact player as a freshman last year for a team that came close to winning a CIF state title.

Second Team Defense
Recorded 76 tackles and 15 sacks in 2018.
The
Panthers are as loaded and expect Pearce to
make an impact in the trenches during his sophomore campaign.
Moore
and Pearce are going to cause problems for opposing offensive
lines for the next three years. Both have already been offered by LSU,
Michigan, Tennessee and Maryland.
Already up to 12 offers and will be one of the best prospects from the Peach State in the Class of 2022.
Bailey is one to keep a close eye on. Could be as impactful as
Raesjon Davis was during his sophomore season last year.
The
2022 Florida State commit transferred to IMG Academy after his freshman
season at Clearwater Central Catholic. Had 78 tackles, 10.5 tackles for
loss, three sacks, an interception and scored nine touchdowns on
offense.
One of the many talented players on the Pacific Northwest power.
They begin the year ranked at No. 13 in our initial Top 25.
Following
in the same footsteps as his father, Deland McCullough. He already has
13 offers and expect a lot more to come his way.
Saw time as a freshman for Gaels and should have an even bigger role during his sophomore season.
The
Braves have to replace a very talented secondary in 2019 and expect
Beasley to be a bright spot during his sophomore campaign.
Made
an impact as a freshman against the toughest competition and played his
best football when it mattered most in the playoffs. Already has offers
from LSU and Oregon.
The
defending national champs have one of the most stacked teams in the
country and one of its best prospects is Harris. He already has 12
offers that include the likes of Alabama, Georgia and LSU.
One
of the most gifted players in Mississippi regardless of class. Was left
on his own island during his freshman season and was one of the best
shutdown corners in the state.
