The Pleasant Valley Vikings (Chico, CA) football nudged the visiting Milpitas Trojans (Milpitas, CA), 24-21 in Saturday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Vikings face the St. Anthony Saints (Long Beach, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 17. Pleasant Valley will attempt to move on its 10-3 season record. The Saints enter the bout with a 13-2 record after their 48-23 non-league win over Yorba Linda (Yorba Linda, CA).
