  61. D Bills. I never said it was fair I just said Mater Dei and Bosco have a legal advantage and others can't get over it
  62. D.Bills, I agree. What happened to kids going to their home high schools and competing within their district??? How times have changed!!!!
  63. Aye Centennial said they wanted “all smoke” on Twitter here they smoke
  64. LETS GO NEPHEW K MILLER DO YOUR THING LITTLE BUDDY!!!!
  65. Lopez. Those times are gone, public schools legally have the same advantage as private schools as in they can transfer basically where ever.
  66. 2nd Quarter ~5 minutes to go

  67. D. Luna...kind of. While I agree that transfers can make a difference, money is still an issue. Public schools don't offer scholarships or $
  68. As much as I love, love HS Football (Go Braves!!), I just want to understand how academics has become secondary to athletics.
  69. What MD is doing to get kids, is completely legal! They haven’t broken any rules, if they were, they would get disciplined.
  70. Public school Folsom has" open enrollment" which allows out of state kids to attend their if they attend by their freshman year.
  71. @luna, alright then! I wasn’t complaining kids go where their best chances to get to the next level.

  87. Being a MD, played for Bruce in the 90s, I tell parents don’t assume your kid can’t attend there due to $, the endowment/church can provide
  88. Something like 2100 kids go to MD, that’s a lot of paying families that help other families who can’t afford regular tuition, sport fees
  89. Winning
  90. Running clock.....
  91. St. John Bosco smashed Liberty FYI
  92. California teams will not play in Texas. It's because of political differences between the states. There is no desire to prove anything.
  93. Stop the excuses. Centennial recruits in AZ. They are getting EXACTLY what they do to local team
  94. Public schools are a bunch of families strangers to one another where catholic schools are a wholly different interns of a support network
  95. MD winning is not a surprise. Centennial beat LB Poly, Bishop Gorman and shut out St Thomas Aquinas. I agree MD is better, but CC is good
  96. Texas has to have a good team first....
  97. S M. You don’t understand Centennial then. It’s a great school in a great community.
  98. D Bell. TX teams won't play out of state..they would happily do home and away series but Texas won't do it
  99. CC is NOT the same team this year, but still a well coached machine and formidable opponent.
  100. @ Rollins- I do know them, a close workcounterpart of mine sent 3 kids there. Cent isn’t the average Public and my comments weren’t at them.
  101. On the same token, Centennial people can use the public vs private argument as a crutch, too.
  102. S M. Thank you for that. Both my kids went here with the 2nd graduating this year.
  103. None of the high power CA schools want to play Chandler or Pinnacle Div 6A
  104. I don’t criticize other schools. I wish them good luck and let the game play. Too much negativity in this world and I don’t do that.
  105. Man, is this daddy ball or can the kids play? I think Iwishicouldve.com is asking for applications.
  106. Umm who in the heck is Chandler or the other school you mentioned??????
  107. @ jinks- agree, why risk a dumb injury in a 40-7 win. Agree!
  108. MD takes on all comers! Can’t say that about all the others schools.......
  109. Jinks you don’t understand that California has 40 million people and Arizona has 7 Million. No comparison. Saguaro AZ # 1 lost in Ca
  110. both those teams chandler and pinnacle would lose to the high power schools in Cali
  111. I think we can call the win for MD. Congrats Mater Dei, well played, and thank you for the opportunity.
  112. Saguaro lost to the number 12 team in Cali not even number 1
  113. I’m pretty sure centennial corona played chandler last year and beat them
  114. Ya chandler lost to centennial corona last year 35-13
  115. Saguaro is top ten in az not no1, centennial is maybe top ten in az this year, Chandler the best in az and they can hang with anybody .
  116. JSerra beat Pinnacle last year too
  117. Mater dei is good , so is chandler and theres 3 teams in florida that could be no 1
  118. K. Arvey, No there isn’t....
  119. k array ... that is a joke. 3 teams in Florida that could be #1.
  120. Chandler is ranked 36th nationally and Pinnacle is ranked 54th nationally. They aren't even in the conversation...
  121. I don’t like them but IMG Academy is pretty good

  125. DV public lost to Notre Dame(SO) 37-35
  126. I can name 10 teams in Orange County, Ca that would beat Chandler....
  127. If you’re not top 15 in the nation MD is beating you by more than 30 and it’s only that close due to 3rd stringers playing 3rd/4th Quarter
  128. AZ weird cause Saguaro and Centennial play in 4A and 5A and have a weak schedule compared to 6A but still get national recognition.
  129. do we understand that metro LA has 2 million less people than the entire state of Florida. Why Meter Dei and Bosco rule
  130. Thank god AIA implemented playoffs with 6A,5A,4A
  131. IS halftime over yet?
  132. Frauder Dei and Bosco are nothing more than collections of talent. joke. Rollo average coach if he had average players
  133. Just to put this to bed, ask St. John Bosco, just how good Mater Dei is? Or IMG from Florida.....
  134. M. Gilbert, Here’s the problem, he doesn’t have average players, that why they are best in the Country! Also they play all comers.......
  135. 57-21
  136. Thanks Roman for the score update.

  144. F. Parts Look on the bright side, you got to road trip it, and see God’s creation...
  145. Whoever wins next week will for sure have earned the right to claim to be #1. At least for one week.
