It has been 10 years now that MaxPreps has put out football computer rankings, presented by the Army National Guard.
That's plenty of time to come up with a solid list of which programs have been the most dominant during the MaxPreps era.
For the purpose of the rankings, each team will be awarded points based off where it finished in the computer rankings after each season. For example, if a team finished No. 1 overall it receives 25 points. If the team finished No. 25 overall, it would get one point. A team also receives 30 points for winning a state title and 15 for being the runner-up.

1. Hutchinson - 423 pointsOverall record: 110-17
After winning six straight state titles from 2004-09 and claiming stake to nine Top 10 finishes, Hutchinson has cemented itself as the most dominant team in Kansas since 2004.
2. Silver Lake - 316Overall record: 125-14
The Eagles haven't missed the Top 25 in the past 10 years, and have piled up three 3A state championships along the way.
3. Smith Center - 280Overall record: 109-13
Although the Redmen haven't cracked the Top 25 since 2009, five consecutive perfect seasons from 2004-08 helped them capture five straight 2-1A state titles.
4. Blue Valley (Stilwell) - 251Overall record: 89-32
An undefeated season in 2006 assisted Blue Valley in capturing the No. 1 ranking and the first of its three state championships over the past 10 seasons.
5. Conway Springs - 187Overall record: 107-17
Despite only having four Top 25 finishes since 2004, the Cardinals have captured three state titles along the way.
6. Holton - 184Overall record: 114-13
Holton has finished the season without a loss twice since 2004. Both of those seasons were accompanied by 4A state championship victories.
7. Hayden (Topeka) - 178Overall record: 100-25
Hayden has participated in three state championship games over the past 10 years, winning two 4A state titles and finishing as the runner-up another time.
8. Andale - 147Overall record: 103-19
Back-to-back perfect seasons in 2006 and 2007 gave the Indians their only two state championships since 2004.
8. Heights (Wichita) - 147Overall record: 86-25
The Falcons have claimed the No. 1 ranking twice over the past 10 seasons.
8. Olathe North - 147Overall record: 80-33
North's best season came in 2009, when it finished with the No. 2 ranking and a 6A state championship.
11. Bishop Carroll (Wichita) - 141Overall record: 103-16
Despite being ranked in the Top 25 in each of the past 10 seasons, Bishop Carroll holds claim to one state championship since 2004.
12. St. Mary's-Colgan (Pittsburg) - 134Overall record: 107-18
The Panthers have fallen just short of a state title twice since 2004, finishing as the runner-up in 2006 and 2010.
13. Garden Plain - 131Overall record: 103-20
Garden Plain's lone state championship over the past 10 years came in 2007 after finishing the season without a loss. It reached the No. 2 ranking that year.
14. Centralia/Wetmore (Centralia) - 127Overall record: 67-9
The Panthers have cracked the Top 25 just twice since 2004, but they have captured three 2-1A state titles since 2009.
15. South (Salina) - 121Overall record: 64-43
South has three Top 10 finishes over the past 10 seasons to go along with a victorious state title run in 2004.
16. Bishop Miege (Shawnee Mission) - 116Overall record: 62-48
Bishop Miege has been in two state championship games since 2004, coming out on top in 2009 and finishing as the runner-up in 2012.
17. Derby - 111Overall record: 67-44
The No. 1 ranking was the Panthers' to claim in 2013 after they ended their season with a 6A state championship victory.
18. Gardner-Edgerton (Gardner) - 110Overall record: 75-34
Although the Trailblazers haven't missed the Top 25 since 2008, they are still searching for their first state title in the past 10 years. They have finished with the No. 4 rank twice.
19. South (Olathe) - 103Overall record: 70-37-1
Over the past 10 years, South has cracked the rankings just three times but has a 6A state championship victory to its name.
20. Rose Hill - 102Overall record: 75-37
A 4A state title in 2011 helped the Rockets claim the No. 4 ranking, their best since 2004.
