It has been 10 years now that MaxPreps has put out football computer rankings, presented by the Army National Guard.
That's plenty of time to come up with a solid list of which programs have been the most dominant during the MaxPreps era.
For the purpose of the rankings, each team will be awarded points based off where it finished in the computer rankings after each season. For example, if a team finished No. 1 overall it receives 25 points. If the team finished No. 25 overall, it would get one point. A team also receives 30 points for winning a state title and 15 for being the runner-up.

Douglas Bearcats

1. Douglas - 304 points
Overall record: 77-28
The Bearcats have racked up three state titles and 10 Top 25 finishes, making them the state's most dominant team.
2. Natrona County (Casper) - 295
Overall record: 77-32
The Mustangs have claimed the No. 1 ranking twice, both times after capturing a state title.
3. Campbell County (Gillette) - 279
Overall record: 81-29
Campbell County has recorded two state championship victories and nine Top 10 finishes.
4. Southeast (Yoder) - 273
Overall record: 79-21
Southeast has finished in the Top 25 nine times, winning five state titles along the way.
5. East (Cheyenne) - 264
Overall record: 63-45
The Thunderbirds have racked up 10 Top 25 finishes and two state championship wins since 2004.
6. Buffalo - 257
Overall record: 74-28
Buffalo captured back-to-back state titles from 2004-05, claiming the No. 1 rank in 2005.
7. Powell - 256
Overall record: 70-34
Powell has won four state championships and notched eight Top 25 finishes.
8. Sheridan - 219
Overall record: 67-39
Since 2004, the Broncs have won two state championships and claimed the No. 1 ranking twice.
9. Big Horn - 212
Overall record: 82-22
The Rams have recorded two 2A state championship victories as well as seven Top 25 finishes.
10. Cokeville - 205
Overall record: 85-16
Cokeville has won three state championships and finished as the runner-up once more.
11. Central (Cheyenne) - 202
Overall record: 57-45
Central has finished in the Top 25 in each of the past 10 years, capturing one state title in the process.
12. Green River - 194
Overall record: 57-44
The Wolves have one state title, one runner-up finish and nine Top 25 finishes on their record.
13. Glenrock - 165
Overall record: 65-32
An undefeated season in 2008 helped the Herders claim a state title and the No. 3 ranking.
14. Kemmerer - 145
Overall record: 56-39-1
Kemmerer has recorded two state championship victories and five Top 25 finishes.
15. Hot Springs County (Thermopolis) - 131
Overall record: 42-53
The Bobcats finished the 2010 season with the No. 3 ranking and a state title victory.
16. Lovell - 130
Overall record: 64-32
A perfect season in 2011 helped the Bulldogs cap a successful state championship run.
17. Star Valley (Afton) - 127
Overall record: 50-47
Star Valley has notched two runner-up finishes and finished in the Top 25 seven times.
18. Lyman - 122
Overall record: 55-45
Lyman has one state title and six Top 25 finishes.
19. Walsh (Casper) - 115
Overall record: 43-54
Walsh has finished in the Top 25 nine times since 2004, four of which were Top 10 finishes.
20. Evanston - 107
Overall record: 40-55
Since 2004, the Devils have notched eight Top 25 finishes.
