September 26, 2014: San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675 The St. Paul Swordsmen football team (Santa Fe Springs, CA), was ripped 52-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host JSerra Catholic Lions (San Juan Capistrano, CA)
The Lions (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Santa Margarita (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA). The Eagles come into the Trinity challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Santa Margarita trounced Venice (Los Angeles, CA), 42-0, in a non-league challenge.
The Swordsmen now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to La Salle for a Angelus challenge on Friday, October 10. St. Paul will meet a Lancers team coming off a 42-7 non-league win over Duarte (Duarte, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 3-2.
