California High School Football - JSerra Catholic nips Mater Dei
October 30, 2015: San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675 In Friday's league match, the host JSerra Catholic Lions football squad scored a close 35-28 victory over the Mater Dei Monarchs.
In their next game, the Lions clash with the Orange Lutheran Lancers (Orange, CA) in a Trinity match, on Friday, November 6. JSerra Catholic will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record. The Lancers come into the test with a 5-4 record after their 31-12 league loss to St. John Bosco (Bellflower, CA).
With the loss, Mater Dei drops to 7-2 on the campaign. The Monarchs travel to Santa Margarita (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) to confront the Eagles in a Trinity test on Friday, November 6.
