La Salle (Cincinnati), which had been No. 1 all season long, dropped to No. 2 after a 13-7 win over Archbishop Moeller (Cincinnati).
Elder (Cincinnati) joined the top 10 this week after a 24-17 win over St. Xavier (Cincinnati).
The regional rankings are based on the
MaxPreps Computer Rankings, presented by the Army National Guard. The Midwest region includes teams from Arkansas, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas, Wisconsin, Nebraska and North and South Dakota.
