Video: Top 10 Plays of OctoberA win over St. Xavier (Cincinnati) in the Ohio Division 1 playoffs helped push Colerain (Cincinnati) into the top spot in the MaxPreps Midwest Region Football Computer Rankings this week.
Colerain had been No. 3 last week, but leapfrogged No. 2 Center Grove (Ind.) and No. 1 St. Edward (Lakewood, Ohio) for the No. 1 ranking. Wayne (Hubert Heights, Ohio) also jumped ahead of Center Grove and St. Edward to land at No. 2. St. Edward dropped to No. 3 while Center Grove is No. 4.
The regional rankings are based on the
MaxPreps Computer Rankings, presented by the Army National Guard. The Midwest region includes teams from Arkansas, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas, Wisconsin, Nebraska and North and South Dakota.
