favor Westfield. The Mustangs want revenge from a 35-10 loss to Manvel
that opened last season.
With seven seniors holding FBS
scholarship offers, No. 20 Manvel has the firepower to match its
prolific offense that averaged over 50 points per game last season. In
fact, the Mavs are so stocked on that side of the ball even their backup
quarterback –
Kyle Trask – was offered and accepted a scholarship to Florida without a single varsity start.
Names to watch: Westfield has a four-star receiver aiding Sterling-Cole in the passing game.
