Maryland High School Football - Bishop McNamara can't get by DeMatha
October 10, 2015: Forestville, MD 20747 DeMatha Stags (Hyattsville, MD) fans left the game content Saturday as they saw their football team nip the host Bishop McNamara Mustangs (Forestville, MD), 52-47 in a league test.
With the triumph, DeMatha improves its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Stags travel to Gonzaga (Washington, DC) to confront the Eagles in a Washington Catholic test on Friday, October 16. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 6-0. Gonzaga won 57-20 in their recent league test against Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA)
With the loss, Bishop McNamara drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD) to confront the Falcons in a Washington Catholic test on Saturday, October 17. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 4-2. Our Lady of Good Counsel won 28-12 in their recent league test against Archbishop Carroll (Washington, DC)
