1. Gloucester Catholic (Gloucester City)

Head coach: Mike Rucci
The Rams had their streak of four straight state titles come to an end last season, but they look capable of starting a new streak in 2015. Coach Mike Rucci returns five starting pitchers who posted a 20-4 record last year with three of those pitchers,
John Murphy,
Tyler Mondile and
Dante Scafidi, playing at Division I schools next year. The Rams also return seven position players from last year, including four more who will play Division I baseball next season.

The Chiefs captured the Group 2 state championship last year behind the play of junior pitcher
Denny Brady, who earned MaxPreps Junior All-American honors while going 10-0 with 106 strikeouts. Buena also returns one of the state's top defensive players in shortstop
Marco Rios, who batted .310 with 29 runs scored.

The Crusaders lost to eventual state champion St. John Vianney in the Non-Public Group A playoffs, one of only four losses on the season. One of the top home run hitters in the state returns for Bishop Eustace Prep in outfielder
Nick Browne. He belted 11 round trippers and posted a .413 batting average. Nearly the entire infield returns as well in SS

Head coach: Mike Rooney
The Ironmen won the Bergen County championship with a mostly junior crew, led by all-state second baseman
Josh Shaw. He batted .432 with 24 RBI on the season and was solid defensively. Don Bosco also returns one of the state's top pitchers in
Alex Mastando, who earned all-state honorable mention honors last year.

5. Bergen Catholic (Oradell)
2014 finish: 21-5
Head coach: Bob Muggeo
Bergen had a playoff win over Don Bosco Prep last year and finished second to St. Joseph Regional in the Non-Public North A playoffs. The Crusaders return
Mike Martinez, one of the state's premier defensive center fielders. He batted .428 and earned all-state honors.
